Terms of Service

By using the services provided by Socorro Payments, you agree to the following:

• Merchant Agreement: All processing services are subject to the terms of the formal Merchant Processing Agreement (MPA) signed during onboarding.
• Prohibited Activities: Merchants may not use our services for any illegal activities or industries listed in our Prohibited Industries section.
• Compliance: Merchants agree to maintain PCI-DSS compliance and follow all card brand rules.
• Account Stability: We reserve the right to review account activity for fraud prevention. Accounts found to be in violation of risk parameters may be subject to review or termination.
